Is it possible to add multiple assets to one request or incident?

I am looking for a way to modify the Incident and Request form to accomodate more than just the Main Asset.  We have requesters that need to borrow multiple laptops and I would like to be able to select them from one request number.

Please help.

Hi @Antonio GSU ,

You can use the related items feature as an admin to create multiple relations.

However, if you want to allow end users to select multiple assets, you can get away with creating a Multi-Select List.

Do let me know if it’s the ladder or if the first option suffice.

Hi and thanks for the suggestion.  I just tried your recommendation and the only thing that is showing in the box is “Service Item”.  When I change it to Asset and click add, I still only get Service Item.

Are you getting this pop-up window? If not, you might want to check if the pop-us are blocked, or if you are using Ad blocker or any other type of ad blockers, either disable it or create an exception for SysAid.

I was able to get this to work.  I missed the dropdeown menu to select Asset.  Thanks.
