Status field

Hi,

How do I move the ‘Status’ field to the header of every Request and Incident template?

Hi @SChandiramani

For updating the Top Panel in your templates go to Service Template > Sub Type > Choose s a template > Click: Design Form > Change to: Tab Top Panel.
