I’ve created new Templates for a new Support queue, and they do not appear in the Drop Down list in the Admin Portal.

They DO appear in the SSP tho!  I’ve verified the user permissions, ‘visible to end user’ checkbox and everything else I can think of.  Even created a new sub type and tried that - all with no joy! 

Please help,

Can you please tell us what type of template are you referring to? Is it an Incident or a Request?

Please make sure the “Template Name” field is populated in the template itself. 

If you still don’t see it please take a screenshot of the template so that we can better assist you. 

 

 

 

 


This has been resolved!  There was a Category that wasnt registered in Categories and it was causing issues.
