SysAid's Virtual Bootcamp - January 2023

About this event

A 1-day event taking place every three months. SysAid Bootcamp

You’ll have a unique opportunity to get everyone in your team on the same page. You’ll walk away with hands-on techniques to leverage ITSM, disrupt your organization, and improve service delivery efficiency. You’ll get a full day (7 hours including a 1-hour break) with SysAid product experts who will share their knowledge, best practices, and practical tips, plus answer all your questions live.

Who should attend? New SysAid customers of course, not limited to the account owner but relevant to all admins that will be using SysAid on a daily basis. Also, for our veteran customers looking for refresher on what SysAid can do, as well as learn some new, fresh ideas from our dedicated ITSM consultants and trainers.

Who are the trainers? Our trainers are top-notch subject matter experts, from the SysAid Professional Services team – with a combined 107 years of ITSM and ITIL experience.

What does it cost? The Bootcamp costs $1,000 per participant for the full day’s training, including access to all sessions and networking opportunities. However, qualifying SysAid customers, will enjoy the Bootcamp free of charge.

What’s on the agenda? 

9:00 – 10:00 am EST Service Automation & Service Delivery Model

10:00 – 11:00 am EST Ticket creation (including service catalog)

11:00 – 11:05 am EST Intro to SysAid Community

11:05 – 12:00 pm EST Get the ticket to the right place (using automation)

12:00 – 1:00 pm EST 1-hour lunch break

1:00 – 2:00 pm EST Resolve the ticket (including workflows)

2:00 – 2:30 pm EST Close the ticket and get user feedback

2:30 – 4:00 pm EST Understand if you’re doing a good job; measure KPIs
