I'm looking to see if there is a way to assign a SR to an admin when they either send a message or post a note. Currently, it stays assigned to the group unless we manually change it.
I've also noticed that the status stays on "new" even when an admin adds a note/sends a message or the end user adds a note.
Any help would be awesome.
