Automate Basic Request to Advanced

When a user submits a request using the self-service portal, it defaults it to a basic request process. I then change the template on my side to follow an advance format.

In a perfect world, the basic request being submitted with Category = A and sub-category = B would change it to the advance template I would like. Is that not a possibility?

Hey Kat,

yeah, you can automatically update the template based off the selected categories.

You have to change that in the settings for the category. There's a dropdown field with the default value "don't change", it should list all your templates.
