All I want to do is get slack working at a basic level. Like if a new incident is open, we want notification to channel. How do we do this. We walked through the instructions, connection shows a success, everything looks good, but we don’t see any notifications. Help!

  2. Do you have SysAid ITSM Full edition? 
  3. Reach out to our Customer Care team via live chat or open a ticket on our Customer Portal to check what’s else might be missing

we couldnt get this working we used Zapier instead to forward a channel request


@Delifresh good to hear. The Slack integration of this product is really lacking. Seems like everyone else does it right, not sysaid. Sad.
