Hello Friends,

Is there a way to set up a view in SysAid so help desk techs can view their tickets and sort the tickets by last updated time/date?

Thanks!

Reed

Hi,

You can do that by adding the “Modify time” column to your SR list.

To do that, click on the view name, click Customize View and look for “Modify time” in Available Columns. Once you find find it, click the arrow to add it to your Visible Columns, then save.

That’s it, now you only have to click on the column title to sort the list by Modify time.
