Sysaid Account Name

Hello! Is there a way to amend the 'account name' so that the URL is not sysaidxxxxx.ourit.support but is an easier to remember company.ourit.support as I guess you are not able to use a cname from your own domain with a basic subscription? Many thanks for your advice, Lee.
