Hi there,

Here is the response we thought might assist you:
## Admin Unable to Edit Tickets
I understand that one of your admins is unable to update tickets in SysAid and is encountering an error stating that the ticket has been updated by another admin, even though it has not. Here are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
---
### 1. **Clear Browser Cache and Cookies**
- Ask the admin to clear their browser cache and cookies.
- After clearing, have them log out of SysAid, close the browser, and log back in.
---
### 2. **Try a Different Browser**
- Test accessing SysAid using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
- This will help determine if the issue is browser-specific.
---
### 3. **Check for Emojis or Special Characters**
- Ensure that the admin is not using emojis or special characters in ticket updates, as these can sometimes cause issues.
---
### 4. **Review History Tab**
- Open the affected ticket and check the **History Tab** to see if there are any recent changes or updates made by other admins.
---
### 5. **Modify Text Fields**
- In the ticket, add a space or minor change to a text field (e.g., description or notes) and click **OK** to save. This can sometimes overwrite the error.
---
### 6. **Check Admin Permissions**
- Even though the admin has full access, verify their permissions:
- Go to **Settings > User Management**.
- Confirm that the admin has the correct roles and permissions to edit tickets.
---
### 7. **Test in Incognito/Private Mode**
- Have the admin log in to SysAid using an incognito or private browsing window.
- This can help bypass any browser extensions or cached data causing the issue.
---
### 8. **Check for System Updates**
- Ensure that your SysAid platform is up to date. Sometimes, bugs causing such issues are resolved in newer versions.
---
### 9. **Network Stability**
- Verify that the admin's internet connection is stable, as network interruptions can sometimes cause errors when saving changes.
---
### 10. **Contact SysAid Support**
- If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it may require further investigation by SysAid Support.
- Provide them with:
- A screenshot of the error.
- The admin's username.
- Details of the steps already taken.
---
By following these steps, the issue should be resolved. Let me know if you need further assistance!

Issue is in Edge. Chrome works.
Edge cache cleared but this did not help. We are on cloud version and internet is very stable (business fibre).
Hello @James Sparkes I opened a ticket with our Customer Care team, and one of my colleagues will reach out as soon as possible
