Hi there,



I recently removed an admin and move their service records across to me whilst troubleshooting a view.



When I go to select them in the drop down lists for assigning an admin to the ticket, that admin now isn't in there? Even though I have re-added them as an admin to our helpdesk.



Any ideas?

Can you confirm this is what you did:

Demoted admin user and reassigned all tickets to different admin user

Re-added demoted admin and tried to reassign ticket to the admin



Can clarify what are trying to solve in this process? give a bit more details about the admin recreated? make sure he is assigned to relevant groups etc.

Hi Kurtis.  Is the admin part of an admin group, and is that group selected?  In our environment, only admins that are part of the selected admin group are shown.  Maybe also check the admin permissions to see if they can be assigned an SR.
