Requests go through a two step approval, manager then IT. We need an easy way to see what has been approved by the requester’s manager, but not yet approved by IT. Filter, Report, etc. Something we need to change in our process?

If you want to see which action items are approved or rejected by the managers, you can go to Service Desk > Service Records Action List and then use the advanced filter to filter the requests according to status.
Here’s an example of what it looks like:
You can export this list to excel and PDF.
