I have added a new field in all sub types and want to update the field value in the archived tickets.
If we restore the archived ticket , will the due dates or any other SLAs be changed automatically ?

Hi Joel,
Restoring an archived ticket in SysAid will not directly affect the due dates or any other SLAs associated with that ticket. When a ticket is archived, it is simply moved out of the active ticket list to keep the system organized, but the data within the ticket, including due dates and SLA information, remains intact. Upon restoration, the ticket will reappear in the active ticket list with the same due dates and SLA status as when it was archived.
However, it's important to note that the act of restoring the ticket does not reset or alter the SLA timers. If the ticket had an SLA that was close to breaching when it was archived, it would still be in the same state upon restoration. If the SLA has already been breached while the ticket was archived, it will show as breached when restored.
