Hi @stucol,

By default out of the box, any ticket that is older than a year is auto-archived.

Starting v22.1.50 there is a new built-in mechanism for Auto-archiving tickets older than one year.

The feature does the following:

  1. Gets all closed tickets (All closed classes) that were not updated in the last year.
  2. Gets all open incidents (incidents only) that were not updated in the last year.
  3. Saves ticket data for supporting revert in main table DB.
  4. Sets both lists to status "Auto Archive" and set Archive to Yes.
