Hi
By default out of the box, any ticket that is older than a year is auto-archived.
Starting v22.1.50 there is a new built-in mechanism for Auto-archiving tickets older than one year.
The feature does the following:
- Gets all closed tickets (All closed classes) that were not updated in the last year.
- Gets all open incidents (incidents only) that were not updated in the last year.
- Saves ticket data for supporting revert in main table DB.
- Sets both lists to status "Auto Archive" and set Archive to Yes.
