Hello,

I need a simple way to create an automatic ticket each month in SysAid for several jobs. E. g. we have to check backup once a month and want to document that in SysAid for audit reasons.

Thanks

Hi DAcki,

So currently there are not many ways to create automatic tickets. But something outside the box can be obtained by using the “Task&Projects” feature.

Tasks are able to create notification “everyday”/”Reoccur every month on” and these notifications can be set to “Create an SR”. This will automate the creation of SR’s based on the notifications of the task.

https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/task-form

OR you could try to use REST-API, but this is a lot more complicated to setup an automatic creation of tickets.
