I don't know if it's a bug or just designed this way, but when a user attaches a PDF to a ticket, and you click on it to preview it with the new update, you just shows the name of the document and you have to download it to preview the attachment.



Is this by design that you can't preview PDFs?

We currently don't offer previews for PDF files, but this is planned for the future :)

This would be extremely helpful for the Help Desk staff.
Would love to have preview for .eml file type as well please.
What are the type of files which can be previewed?

It's been over year. Is there a FR #?
I would like to see this, as well. Has anyone found an FR# for it?

Still seems to be a waiting game for this feature. Has there been any progress or finally listed in a potential feature addition within the near future?
