Hi Odama, If you're an administrator of this machine/OS, you should have no problems changing SysAidInternal account's password, or performing any changes you would normally be able to. Cheers, Danny

Hi Danny, But even as an administrator on my computer, I was unable to install or uninstall programs. Where can I find the password that Sysaid has created so that I can change or even unset it as it is causing problems?
