Currently, there is no way to set a different default font and size when sending a message.

We already have Feature Request 2552 on our side, which aims to offer control over setting defaults (font size, font type) for the "send message" option.

If you have an existing account with our Helpdesk (https://helpdesk.sysaid.com/), please provide us with the associated email address. If you do not have an account, we can create one for you.

Once the account is set up, we can create a ticket and link it to the Feature Request so you are notified when it gets implemented.

Alternatively, you can open a ticket with us by sending an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com, mentioning your request and including the link to your Community Question so we can link it to the Feature Request.

Unfortunately the Feature is still under development and there is no ETA on when it will be implement.

You can open a ticket with us by sending an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com, mentioning your request, account details and including the link to the Community Question and we can link it to the Feature Request.
