Hello there,

On a request service record, we have the “Email Messages” field that contains messages received directly from our end-users. 

Below its just called the “Messages” section.

Is it possible to delete messages from this section? As in some cases we had end-users responding directly to tickets which includes screenshots containing sensitive information.

Unfortunately, the option to hide/delete emails from the ‘Messages’ field is not yet implemented.
There is a feature request currently open for adding this option, ID: 2665.

If you wish, you can provide me with your email address and I can raise a ticket in your name and link it to the FR so that you can be notified via email when it gets implemented.

Alternatively - Could this question be converted into a feature request?
