Deleting/Modifying Notes on 19.4 release

Why has the option to delete and modifying notes been removed on this on-prem release? I need this option back ASAP...is there anyway to turn this back on?

    Agreed! We would love the ability to modify a note rather than create a new one because I forgot to add something too it

    Yea it's kinda ridiculous that this functionality was removed
