Is it possible to edit the default basic/advanced request templates to remove the statement "If relevant, add this Request details to the Knowledge base. Close the Request." out of the notes of those templates?

Hi David,
It's possible. First you'll need to disable the "Allow notes to be added only by using the "Add a note" button" option under Settings > Customize > Apperance, then access the relevant template and simply delete the text (and press Apply). You can re-enable the former option afterwards.

Thanks Danny. That solved it.
That did not work for me.
Same here, I see no way to delete the text, as is stated.
I need to be able to do this too. Help!
I think things have changed since this was originally solved 7 years ago and there will need to be a new request.
