Hello,



It is very expensive to add a Button for preview a Customized Notification in SysAid CSS? Or perhaps a Sendbutton and a Textfield for a testmailadress, where can send a testmail?



It is overelaborate to customize a notification and test it!



Or is there another way to test this? 😳

I cannot specify the prices here. However, can you please open a service request to helpdesk@sysaid.com , explaining exactly what is the feature request and its purposes and we will contact you with all the information regarding this.

yes this would be useful in regular sysaid as well.

Hopefully one of the other admins can move this to the feature request forum as I do not have the rights to do this in this forum.
Can't believe this has been a feature request for over 10 years.....

And still - nothing.
