When I go to close a ticket, for example, a dialog should pop up asking if I want to add it to the knowledge base
In my case, it’s putting that dialog into a new tab instead

make sure you add your helpdesk url to the safe list or disable it for the sysaid session

We suggest that every ad-block or any similar extensions should be disable for Sysaid since it affects some of the capabilities such as pop-ups.
Great finding and thank you for sharing that with others.
+4firefox added ublock in their latest release.. I honestly never used it before
and I usually add my sysaid to the trusted zone anyway
