Incident templates not showing in Help Desk menu

Hello,

I want to create new incident templates, but nothing is showing in the menu:


The view to filter the already created templates was changed:

After changing that parameter is when the problem started to happen. As I previously mentioned, to set back the previous configuration is not possible as there is any button or function to select.


I would appreciate if some​one knows how to resolve this issue.
