Hi. I'd like to know what configuration changes must be done in SysAid to enable modern authentication for sending and receiving emails to Exchange Online.
Support for legacy protocols is expiring at the end of September and we need to change to the modern authentication.

I got mine resolved, had to setup OAuth 2.0, but it works fine now
