Prevent reassignment of tickets
Is it possible to prevent Administrators from assigning their tickets to another Administrator? I've been looking through the settings, and if it is possible, I haven't been able to find out how. Thanks!
NeverWasCoolHi NeverWasCool, There are 2 ways to assign tickets, from ticket itself and from incident list Option 1: In settings you can block this ability from list view : tools> administrators > permissions > enable bulk actions from SR list > choose what you want to allow Option 2: You can also define limitation working with admin groups by utilizing check box that limits visibility.
