I’m trying to customise our Request templates but I am unable to move simple fields as the ‘Design Form’ isn’t available.
I’d like to move the Notes field from the Close tab to the Request Details tab, for example - and remove some fields from the Request Details tab
Am I missing something obvious? I can do this with an Incident template but not a Request.

Hi,
If you have the need to move fields around from a specific form you need to follow these steps.
- Navigate to Settings → Service Desk Templates → Sub-types → Select the Sub-Type that you want to make the changes to.
- Click on Edit Sub-Type View
- On the right side you have the Design button
- Clicking the Design Form will pop-up a new window where you can add/remove fields from your form.
