I would like to know if there is any effective way to save closed and/or archived tickets as PDF files.

Yes—use Reports or the ticket view.

Option A: Reports (bulk PDF)
- Go to Analytics → Reports → New Report → Service Record.
- Filters: include Closed and (if needed) Archived; set your date range.
- Layout: add the fields you want (e.g., Title, Description, Notes, Status, Dates).
- Output: choose PDF and run/export. For large volumes, split by year/quarter.

Option B: Ticket list export to PDF (quick, fewer fields)
- Service Desk → All (or Archived view) → adjust filters to Closed/Archived.
- Customize columns as needed.
- Menu (…) → Export → PDF.

Notes
- PDFs won’t include file attachments; for attachments, export them separately (Settings → Service Desk → Manage Attachments Storage) or use backups.
- If you need each ticket as a separate PDF, run report per ticket ID or use list export in smaller batches and split afterward.
