Hiya,

In Analytics > Dashboards, There is a ‘Group by’ option for ‘SR Custom List 1’. 

I want to create another option to group by. I can find the ‘SR Customer List 1’ in Customize > Lists,

but after creating my custom list, I cannot see an option to add it to the group by selection?

For the "Group by" dropdown available for "Service Records Overview" only the ones you see in the dropdown can be used.

"SR custom list 1" and "SR custom list 2" are the ones meant to be customized. You can rename them, assign values and add these fields to your tickets in order to be incorporate in your chart.

From what I can see "SR custom list 2" has already been renamed in your environment to "Brand".

Other Custom Fields that you create will  not show up in the selection.

We currently have the Feature Request 2395 titled "Allow Admin Dashboard Customization" that plans to include additional custom lists for selection in drop-downs.

If you provide me your email address and account we can create a ticket for you and link it to the FR so you are notified when it gets implemented.

Alternatively you can also send your request directly to our helpdesk at helpdesk@sysaid.com mentioning the community post and a ticket will be created so we can link it.

Let us know if require more information on the mater or if we can assist with linking a ticket.
