We updated Sysaid to v20.3.64 b14 a few days back and my colleagues are now reporting to me they get some strange formatting in the notification mail. Anyone seen similar like this. /* Font Definitions */ @font-face {font-family:"Cambria Math"; panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4;} @font-face {font-family:Calibri; panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4;} /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {margin:0cm; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;} span.EmailStyle18 {mso-style-type:personal-reply; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif; color:windowtext;} .MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; font-size:10.0pt;} @page WordSection1 {size:612.0pt 792.0pt; margin:72.0pt 72.0pt 72.0pt 72.0pt;} div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} --> And then the actual message.

Ok - thanks. We might need to wait for an update from Sysaid then.

We've had similar issues. SysAid's support believes it is related to bug 59594 (O365 - Reply to admin notification is showing headers). This is still being reviewed by their team though.

Did you manage to get rid of the formatting? - my administrators and my self are getting real tired of this as we have to scroll through a lot of nonsense text.

That bug that I mentioned was just fixed with the cloud update we received this past weekend, so we're monitoring to see if that actually fixes the issue. I'll keep you posted if we run into it again.

That is exactly the problem that I also have in the onPremise version 20.3.64! It is triggered when an end user answers with Outlook and can only be seen in the admin notification. We are currently deleting the garbage when we answer with Outlook (Routmail). It would be nice to get an update for onPremise as soon as possible I point out that it doesn't belong here, but in the current version you can't deactivate end users from LDAP either. best regards your Karlson

Ditto here. I just updated On-Premise to v20.3.64 b14 and now Outlook submissions and responses show the following before the body of an email in the Service Desk. P {margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;}

Regarding the Deactive End Users... We experience that suddenly all our users are deactivated. I then remove the check-mark and reimport.. so far we had to do this 4 times.

Any update on the formatting issue... 3 month since it was reported and nothing happens... Sadly we start seeing more and more bugs in SysAid, which leans us to look for another solution after using it for more than 10 years.

I reported this bug in August of 2020 and it is still not resolved.

This may have just been resolved in Cloud v 21.4.10 with bug 61848: Fixed a bug that included CSS code in email responses routed from a SysAid ticket to an MS outlook inbox. We're monitoring to validate if this continues.
