Hello all,
we can't submit service incidents with video. The self-service portal opens, but without the video, no matter which browser we use.
We appreciate any ideas to solve the problem.

Hi Anette,
First, check if you have it enables:
settings -> Self Service Portal -> Incident submission form -> on the "Sub-types" -> Design form -> If the "Video Capture" field is part of the "Visible Fields" list.
If the field wasn't added to the "Visible fields", add and test again.
If "Video Capture" was enabled but still doesn't work, reach out to our Customer Care team with some screenshots or video capturing the behaviour and they will help you figure it out.

thanks for your answer. That indeed was the problem. I added the "Video Capture" field to the "Visible fields". Now we can submit the incidents with video.
