Hi, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to the server where SysAid Server is installed.
  2. Stop SysAid Server service.
  3. Open Command Prompt (start > run > cmd).
  4. Change the directory to C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\util (cd C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\util).
  5. Type ResetPassword.exe and press enter.
  6. Now you can see the Account_ID.
  7. Type ResetPassword AccountName (It's case sensitive) and press enter. Afterwards the password will be changed to the default password.
