We need to reset our SysAid administrator information. How can we do that?

+1Hi, please follow these steps:
- Login to the server where SysAid Server is installed.
- Stop SysAid Server service.
- Open Command Prompt (start > run > cmd).
- Change the directory to C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\util (cd C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\util).
- Type ResetPassword.exe and press enter.
- Now you can see the Account_ID.
- Type ResetPassword AccountName (It's case sensitive) and press enter. Afterwards the password will be changed to the default password.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
