We have noticed that the Edit news option is no longer available under Customize. We need this option to communicate to our customers. 

 

 

Hi Wilfrank, 

I would advise checking to see if any permissions have been updated on the administrator’s account. 

Through User Management > Administrators > Find and open the admin account > Open the “Permissions” tab and scroll down the bottom of the page, there is an option to “Create/Modify News for: (OPTIONS)” field there. Check to see if that permission is ticked. :-)

If the permissions are handled at group level, check the permissions at group level.
