Ticket links go to Admin Portal
Morning all,
One of our admins needs to link to specific tickets from a spreadsheet, but there is an issue with the links sometimes taking them to he Admin portal.
I've tried a few different formats but sometimes the links still take the admin to the admin portal.

I have made sure that the user is logged in, so that isn't the issue.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't think I've encountered this issue before. I suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team for remote investigation where you could reproduce the issue in real-time.
Once a solution is found, please update this thread for anyone else who might encounter this issue :)

I also have this issue, no matter what URL i use i get redirected to the admin page
