Hello bikin4fun,
SysAid does not use PHP. SysAid is primarily built using Java and runs on Apache Tomcat as its application server. The system leverages technologies like Java Servlets and JSP (JavaServer Pages) for its web interface and functionality. It integrates with databases like MySQL or MS SQL for data storage but does not rely on PHP as part of its core technology stack.
If you're managing or troubleshooting issues related to SysAid, it is likely more relevant to focus on Java-based issues rather than PHP.
To address the issue please provide the Account ID, you can find it by going to the drop-down menu on the top right of your SysAid Admin Portal, where you should see your username. Then click on "About" to find your Account Name along with a report identifying the issue.
Have a great day ahead!
