I work across several computers at different locations.  Am noticing that my ticket views do not follow my sysaid profile.  I”ve had to recreate them on each computer.  Is this how it currently works or am I missing a setting?

It depends how the views are configured. If you set manual filters by clicking on the column headers and applying the filters, the configuration will only be saved for that cached session and will be cleared after signing out.

If you’d like a perpetual custom view, you can set a static filter to display the desired results.

I was modifying the default view then saving the current view under a new name.
