Use of "cc" field in incidents

I support users who work shifts and need an easy way for them to communicate with their colleagues on the opposite shift to them. If I use the “cc” field in the incident form, does the cc’d user get copied in on all email notifications on the incident?

@JRichardson Yes, the CC field is meant to have the user/s copied in all the notifications re the specific SR. 

You might also want to consider “Instant Message” if you want to send a heads-up to another admin. 

You can select the “Instant Message” from the send message. 

The message will be displayed as an “alert” on the bell once you log in.
