verification field
If there a way to put a "verification" field in to a form and have a check to make sure the info in both match? Example enter name: and then confirm name:
I'm sure the technician can confirm that they match after the form is submitted, but I was wondering if there is a better way to do this.

You can create a new custom field and develop a Display in Form trigger to check the matching.
