What permissions are needed to edit Incident Templates and AutoTexts(Aside from full admin rights)

You can make the admin a super admin, and use the “Restrict Access for” field from the Permission tab of the admin to restrict any sections from your environment for that particular admin, while keeping their access to the Settings menu.

Alright. Is there a fast way to disallow all other roles for that admin, or is it a one by one type deal?

Are you referring to the options listed in the Restrict access field? There’s an option at the bottom called “Select/Deselect all”. You can use it, depending on the number of restrictions you want to apply.

If you’re referring to the overall permissions from the respective tab, those will have to be unchecked one by one.
