Workflow Notification Emails
I am trying to setup a workflow notification that will send an email out once that action tab is activated. What I don't want is it to send that email again if the assigned to field is changed. We assign based on group and not individual. I know this was changed at one point to allow for this behavior but is there any way to turn it off?
Set the assigned to none first then reopen (if you need to).. I think going back to selecting none on the assigned to would help prior to clicking apply/ok/reopen
