Workflows with Custom Fields
Hello. I am trying to retrieve data from a custom service request field for use in a workflow and in an email but am not able to successfully do so. I am running on-prem version 21.2.35 b7.

If it s a field from the General Details tab use the field list in this article
If it is custom fields from the action items check out the field list in this article

Just an update on this topic. This issue was caused by a bug in the version I was running. The bug was fixed in an update.
