Hi

Can you please provide me with a link to obtain a full install of the 64 bit version. We currently have a 32 bit version, but the server it is on is failing and we would like yo take the opportunity to upgrade to the 64 bit version.

Thanks

Brad

Hi @BradG ,

Can you tell us what exact version you are using? You can find this information under the “About” in your personal menu. It’s important to know which version in order to avoid any corruption of data when you reinstall.

BE SURE to make a full backup of the SysAid server folder and DB before starting this process.

Here are a list of full installers, starting with the most recent version, going all the way to 20.1.14. Depending on your current version, you should download the appropriate installer.

Full SysAidServer installations:

v22.1.65: https://cdn3.sysaid.com/OnPremInstall/22.1.65/SysAidServer64.exe

v21.4.45: https://cdn3.sysaid.com/OnPremInstall/21.4.45/SysAidServer64.exe

v21.2.35: https://cdn3.sysaid.com/OnPremInstall/21.2.35/SysAidServer64.exe

v20.4.74: https://cdn3.sysaid.com/OnPremInstall/20.4.74/SysAidServer64_20_4_74_rc.exe

v20.3.64: https://cdn3.sysaid.com/SysAidServer64_20_3_64.exe

v20.2.15: https://cdn3.sysaid.com/OnPremInstall/20.2.15/SysAidServer64.exe

v20.1.14: https://cdn3.sysaid.com/SysAidServer64_20_1_14_b6.exe

Here additional, important instructions how to reinstall from 32 to 64 bit.

You can then upgrade.

If you have any questions or issues, we strongly recommend that you reach out to our Support Team. Here’s the link to their chat.

Best wishes,

Erik
