Does anyone know if we can add a link to the USER LIST to the main SYSAID Admin Portal Screen?

To easily access the users list from your admin portal, go in Tools > User management > End users.
+1That’s not really easy. Sysaid needs a general ‘search’ function that returns users, assets, and tickets where the contents of a field match the search string.
