I change my computer after I installed Sysaid server on it, and the URL setting of the buildin RDS showing with the old computer name as showing with attached file, is there a way to change this URL to new name.

Are you are referring to the build and naming in RDS within SysAid server?
This url is taken from discovery properties in order to change it follow these steps:
Go to this path on the SysAid server
C:\Program Files\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf
open this file:
DiscoveryService.properties
and update these tags:
rds.url
server.url
*After changing you need to restart SysAid server service in order for it to sync
