Customize lists

Hello,
if I try to change values in Customize-List Department or Location I still get the old values after saving. How can this issue be solved?

Your account has been probably set to use the translation file for list fields (see attached).
Download the translation file, edit the list values and then upload it again.

If that can't resolve your issue, submit a ticket to SysAid Help Desk
