Edit Notes

We've had a couple of instances now where details have been saved in the notes field with incorrect content. Is there a way to edit the contents once applied? Thanks for any help.

    Dear PingPong, The notes works as a stamp so you can't remove it after you put it there however if you go to customize > appearance and disable the option Allow notes to be added only by using the "Add a note" button so it want be as a stamp in the future and it will be as a regular field and you can add and remove text with out clicking the add note button.     Thanks for that Inna. Like the idea of it being a stamp but just frustrating when you've made a significant typo or updated the wrong ticket! Think we'll leave it as it is though. Thanks Again PP

    Has anyone found a way to edit notes or activities. Why can we not fix a note that was typed wrong or put in the wrong ticket?
