I have been looking for the full installation file for the newest version of SysAid but I have only been able to find the update patch. I have been having problems with our current SysAid installation and am looking to do a fresh install on a new server.

We're currently running v17.2.03 b6 and would like to move to the latest 19.2 but appears we need to upgrade to 17.3 first. I can't find any download location for this file?

Hello.
I have v16.1.25 b28 and want to upgrade to the latest version (on-premise), but cannot find download links.
According to https://www.sysaid.com/product/on-premise/patches
I believe the correct upgrade path should be:
16.1.25 -> 16.3 -> 17.3 -> 19.2 -> 19.4
Where can I download the required versions of SysAid?

I just installed what I thought was the latest version of the free build but in the top I see winter 16. is there a way to get the latest version syaid-free? or is that the latest build available.
