just finished my installation and received the email from sysaid but unfortunately i can't login https://127.0.0.1:8080/ Google Chrome just say : Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 127.0.0.1:8080 please help ! thanks ! Tee

    Are you trying to connect from the machine you installed SysAid on or another? 127.0.0.1 will only work on the machine where sysaid is installed. Have you checked whether the sysaid server service is started? /Michael
