I was trying to download the version 20.2.15 https://www.sysaid.com/product/on-premise/latest-release?utm_source=SysAid-Product&utm_medium=after-login-message&utm_campaign=on-premise-upgrade-1020-advisory-alert after receiving a link when I opened the application today.



What do I need to do to be able to download the updated version? Also in our case we have version 18.1.54.b3 that was first installed in November 2019. Based on the above link we would could only upgrade to version 20 if we have version 19. Since we have version 18, what do we need to do to be able to upgrade to version 20.2.



Please note we are currently using the free version.
